Overview

MACHEREY-NAGEL offer a broad range of autosampler vials with different closure techniques, such as screw, crimp or snap. They fulfill all requirements for chromatography analysis (autosampler compatibility, analytical purity, convenient and safe handling, etc.).


Depending on the filling volume we differentiate between standard sample vials and micro-vials which either have an interior or exterior volume reducing shape. Alternatively you can of course also use inserts to reduce the volume inside a vial, in order to create ideal conditions for sample removal.


Inserts in glass or plastic for vials

We offer glass inserts for vials in different shapes (conical, flat bottom, with spring) and with varying volumes (0.1 mL–0.3 mL). Plastic and silanized inserts are available as well. For vials with firmly fused‑in inserts or micro‑vials please see "Vials".


Closures, caps and septa

Ready assembled or bonded closures with septa of high analytical purity are offered in different cap types (crimp / screw / snap) and sizes. You can choose between various liner materials with different physical and chemical properties.
