DESCRIPTION
Silica-based protein phase for HPLC enantiomer separation. Separation based on selective interaction of proteins with low molecular compounds, i. e. principles of bioaffinity, including hydrophobic interactions (similar to a true reversed phase), interactions of polar groups and steric effects.
