DESCRIPTION
Silica-based HPLC phase for anion exchange chromatography of nucleic acids. For the separation of tRNA, 5S RNA, viroids and messenger RNA in the intermediate molecular weight range (25,000–1,000,000 daltons) with recoveries > 95 %.
