DESCRIPTION
The SILAC Hi3 Ecoli and Phos B standards are formulated from the same specialized set of the top 6 ionizing peptides of both the E.coli ClpB and rabbit Phosphorylase B proteins that are contained in their non-labeled counterparts: Hi3 Phos B and EColi standards. The main difference is that these standards are produced to have a heavy labeled reference labeled on the lysine (K) or arginine (R) end of the peptide. The peptides are synthetically prepared and highly purified. These standards are quantitated via AAA to equimolar ratios to provide greater accuracy to each analysis. They are greater than 95% pure and have been verified by mass identification.
