DESCRIPTION
The MassTrak Immunosuppressant Quality Control Set is intended to be used in clinical laboratories by trained professionals to detect systematic analytical deviations that may arise from reagent or analytical instrument variation when performing the quantitative determination of cyclosporine, sirolimus, tacrolimus and everolimus in human whole blood samples using liquid chromatography – tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) systems.
The Waters MassTrak Immunosuppressant Quality Control Set contains three matrix-matched quality
controls in pooled human whole blood matrix and labeling.
Contents include:
■ Quality Control Low (QC1)
■ Quality Control Medium (QC2)
■ Quality Control High (QC3)
■ Insert Card referencing the electronic IFU
(Instructions for Use), SDS (Safety Data Sheets), and COA (Certificate of Analysis) Quality Controls contain the following analytes:
■ Tacrolimus
■ Everolimus
