DESCRIPTION
This is a 30 degree autorecognition Specular Reflectance accessory for the Affinity-1S and Tracer-100 FTIR spectrometers. The SRM-8000A permits not only measurement of reflection spectra, but also measurement of absorption spectra through the combined use of the Kramers-Kronig analysis method. This attachment provides absorption spectra of solids, such as polymers, without using a prism, which is required in the ATR method. This accessory features easy sample setting, along with sample masks and a background mirror included as standard.
