DESCRIPTION
The Excitation/Emission Polarization Accessory consists of two filter wheels, each with horizontal and vertical polarizing films installed. The excitation and emission polarizer positions are software-controlled and can be independently set or automatically calculated for polarization, anisotropy or G-factor. Requires, but does not include, installation by a PerkinElmer Service Engineer.
