DESCRIPTION
The accurate determination of the slurry concentration of a chromatography resin ensures that you are using the correct amount of resin to pack a column to its target bed height or compression. Using the appropriate resin slurry concentation helps ensure the creation of a stable bed, especially at high flow velocities. The correct concentration also helps achieve optimal column resolution and asymmetry, which gives reproducible peformance between packings and a consistent process step throughput.
