DESCRIPTION
ReadyMate disposable aseptic connectors (DACs) provide secure, simple and economical connection for high fluid throughput in upstream and downstream applications. ReadyMate aseptic connectors are designed for quick connections even in non-sterile environments and small spaces. ReadyMate genderless connectors with cross-size connectivity reduce inventory and increase flexibility. These single-use connectors come in a variety of sizes, so they are scalable from bench-top use to production. ReadyMate disposable aseptic connectors can be autoclaved or gamma radiated, and they can be part of a sterile fluid path. The connectors can be used to connect unit operations and single-use bag assemblies. These aseptic quick connectors have a large inner diameter for high-flow and for high-pressure applications. The ReadyMate single-use connectors have a validated closure mechanism, secured using a standard sanitary clamp (ISO 2852) or a disposable clamp to make a tamper-proof, lightweight connection. ReadyClamp is a single-use clamp designed to fit the ReadyMate single-use connector and other 1½-inch sanitary fittings. For upstream and downstream biopharma manufacturing ReadyMate connectors provide quick connection to liquid handling bags and assemblies for media and buffer operations. These aseptic connectors also easily connect to our single-use bags in bioreactors and mixers.
