DESCRIPTION
Optional column control valve for ÄKTA pure 150 protein purification systems. Enables connection of one column. The bypass position enables washing the system without any need to remove the column. Allows reverse flow through the column for fast and effective elution, sharper bands, and a concentrated target molecule eluent.
