DESCRIPTION
CM Sepharose High Performance FF is a weak cation exchanger for intermediate purification and polishing of proteins. CM Sepharose High Performance is based on a 34 um bead based on a robust, highly cross-linked beaded agarose matrix with good flow properties. The industry standard for ion exchange chromatography. Good flow rates and scale-up potential. Use a weak ion exchanger if the selectivity of a strong ion exchanger is insufficient. Predictable scale-up.
