2’5’ ADP Sepharose 4B interacts strongly with NADP+-dependent dehydrogenases. Selective elution with gradients of NAD+ or NADP+ has allowed the resolution of complex mixtures of dehydrogenase isoenzymes using 2’5’ ADP Sepharose 4B.
