Protein G GraviTrap includes ten columns with 1 mL of resin for general purpose purification of polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies from most species.
Broad binding specificity – binds a broad range of IgG species and subclasses from most species including rat.
High binding capacity – approximately 20 mg human IgG/mL resin.
Simple – GraviTrap prepacked gravity flow columns enable simple one-step purification of proteins in 30 min without the need for equipment.
Protein G GraviTrap column purificationProtein G GraviTrap columns are prepacked with Protein G Sepharose 4 Fast Flow resin. These gravity flow columns are designed for fast and efficient manual purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies. Each of these protein G columns is reusable up to five times. Prepacked gravity flow columns provide convenient, fast, and reliable results.
