DESCRIPTION
GSTPrep™ FF 16/10 is prepacked, ready-to-use column containing Glutathione Sepharose™ 4 Fast Flow designed for one-step, scale-up purification of glutathione S-transferase (GST)-tagged proteins. Fast and easy one-step, scale-up purification of GST-tagged proteins. Binds approx. 200 mg recombinant GST/column. Mild elution conditions preserving protein antigenicity and function. Simple operation with a pump or chromatography system. Glutathione Sepharose™ 4 Fast Flow is for scale-up purification of recombinant GST-tagged proteins, other glutathione S-transferases, and glutathione-dependent proteins. Mild elution conditions preserve protein antigenicity and function.
