DESCRIPTION
XBridge Protein BEH SEC, 450 Å Columns, containing 2.5 particles are based on the same Waters Ethylene Bridged Hybrid (BEH)-based particle technology and diol-bonded surface coating as used in our successful line of UPLC-based SEC columns. They are best suited to separate proteins ranging from 100K – 1,500K Daltons. Note: P/N 176004338 contains an XBridge Protein BEH SEC, 450 Å, 2.5um 4.6 x 150 Column with one vial the BEH450 Protein Std (P/N 186006842)
