DESCRIPTION
Single-use ultrafiltration hollow fiber cartridges with ReadyMate single-use connectors enable easy installation and aseptic connections to ReadyCircuit products.
Low total organic carbon, endotoxin, and conductivity.
Minimal or no rinse-out needed prior to use.
Preconditioned for reduced conductivity and TOC level.
Gamma irradiated for sterility.
Cross flow filtration solutions for safer, faster drug development
Cross flow filtration (CFF), also known as tangential flow filtration (TFF), is a fast and efficient technique for concentration, diafiltration (buffer exchange and desalting), and fractionation of biomolecules. ReadyToProcess hollow fiber cartridge filters enable simpler, safer, and faster drug development by eliminating device preparation steps such as wetting and sterilizing. The single-use nature of the cartridges allows elimination of associated cleaning protocols and cleaning validation.
ReadyMate single-use connectors
ReadyToProcess hollow fiber cartridge filters incorporate ReadyMate disposable aseptic connectors. These allow installation and aseptic connection of ReadyToProcess hollow fiber cartridges to other components within the ReadyToProcess product platform, including bioprocess containers and tubing assemblies.
Our hollow fiber cartridges are processed to wet the membrane, lower total organic carbon (TOC) and conductivity, and minimize endotoxin and bioburden levels.
