DESCRIPTION
The Variable Angle Reflection Accessory is designed for specular reflection studies of films on metallic substrates, coatings, contaminants on reflective surfaces, and measurements of film
thickness. The Variable Angle Reflectance Accessory comes with a sample stage that allows the incident angle to be continuously changed from 30º to 80º. The variable angle sample stage is readily exchanged with optional stages for absolute reflectance measurements, horizontal reflectance measurements at a 12° incident angle, or a dewar for experiments under controlled temperatures and low pressure at near-normal incidence. Optional polarizers are also available.
