DESCRIPTION
High-density microtiter plate molded from non-sterilized polypropylene. Meets ANSI/SLAS standards and is compatible with the SIL-40 and Plate Changer. Maximum fill volume 220uL; 175uL maximum is recommended when using a mat to prevent sample contact and possible overflow. Reduce needle stroke by 3-4mm from the default setting before use. Compatible with common HPLC solvents (methanol, acetonitrile, isopropanol, etc.) Not recommended for use with solvents that can swell polypropylene (xylene, tetralin, etc.) Temperature range: -80 to 120C. A sealing mat is recommended to prevent sample evaporation or cross-contamination. Nonslit and pre-slit mats are available.
