DESCRIPTION
This PFA barrel spray chamber is used with NexION® 1000 and 2000 ICP-MS series instruments. This high sensitivity spray chamber is designed for semiconductor and other high purity applications. It is recommended for use with HF acid and contains an O-ring free PFA end cap.
