DESCRIPTION
Small volumes of samples may be applied to the column on ÄKTA pilot 600 from a Superloop connected to the column valve directly before the column. Superloop 150 Snap (capacity 150 mL) is fitted with Snap connections for easy handling and is recommended to be used for samples from 10 mL and larger. Advice: to simplify mounting on a ÄKTA pilot 600, use module panel rails and the ÄKTA column holder short.
