DESCRIPTION
Increases the number of column positions to the system, used in combination with Column valve VH9-C. Column Valve V9H-C2 enables connection of up to five additional columns, providing ten column positions in total.
Allows reverse flow through the column, for fast and effective elution of strongly bound proteins, sharper bands, and a concentrated target molecule eluent.
The integrated pressure sensors allows for protection of the column hardware and the packed resin bed.
