DESCRIPTION
With a high binding capacity and small particle size, Capto S ImpAct is a good choice for reliable and robust polishing steps in an industrial purification process. High binding capacity, > 100 mg mAb/mL resin. Efficient aggregate removal at high load of monoclonal antibodies. High-resolution polishing based on the well-established Capto platform. Flexibility of design thanks to a large operational window of flow rates and bed heights for easy optimization and scaling. High productivity enabling cost-efficient manufacturing. Resin fulfills industrial demands for security of supply, robust performance, and regulatory support. Designed for large feed volumes This chromatography resin is part of our platform of high-resolution resin based on the Capto product line. The polymeric ligand, in combination with the attributes of the base matrix, gives this cation exchanger a high binding capacity. Furthermore, the small bead size enables high-resolution purifications. Able to run at high flow rates The high-flow characteristics of Capto resin allow for good pressure-flow properties. The high binding capacity and resolution of Capto S ImpAct, combined with the ability to run at high flow rates and bed heights, increase productivity and flexibility in process design. Suited to industrial scale applications Capto S ImpAct is a BioProcess chromatography resin developed for large-scale purification of biopharmaceutical proteins. Based on the well-established Capto base matrix, it provides many opportunities for improved productivity and straightforward process development. Prepacked columns and other formats Capto S ImpAct resin is available in the following formats:  Process development scale: prepacked PreDictor Capto S ImpAct filter plates, 96-well plates for high-throughput screening or process development. PreDictor Capto S ImpAct RoboColumn™ units, miniaturized columns for high-throughput process development. HiScreen Capto S ImpAct columns, optimized for method and process development. Lab scale: prepacked for manual purification HiTrap Capto S ImpAct columns, for easy use with a syringe, peristaltic pump, or chromatography system. Lab scale: prepacked for automated purification and analysis HiTrap Capto S ImpAct columns, for easy use with a syringe, peristaltic pump, or chromatography system. Process characterization: resin kits Process Characterization Kit Capto S ImpAct, designed for studying the potential impact that resin ligand density might have on the process outcome.
