DESCRIPTION
PD MultiTrap G-25 is designed for high-throughput desalting and buffer exchange of multiple samples.
Convenient and fast small-scale cleanup of proteins and other large biomolecules (>5000 Mr) with high reproducibility well-to-well and plate-to-plate.
Range of applications such as desalting, buffer exchange, and removal of low-molecular weight compounds.
High desalting capacity.
Suitable for manual use as well as for automation together with robotic systems.
Sample preparation in the range of 70 to 130 μl without sample dilution.
PD MultiTrap G-25 is prepacked with 500 µL Sephadex G-25 resin/well for high reproducibility. The 96-well plates are manufactured frombiocompatible polypropylene.
