DESCRIPTION
The UHPLC precolumn filter is an alternative to a packed guard column cartridge. When combined with SPE, SLE, or other sample preparation techniques to remove matrix components, it minimizes extra column volume for maximum UHPLC efficiency. Stainless steel, 0.2um frit. Connects directly to the column inlet. Tighten by hand, then with a wrench and additional 1/4 turn for a leak-free seal to 15,000 psi/1034 bar/103 MPa.
