DESCRIPTION
The GIS CN (Cyano) phase is typically used in normal phase mode, but can also be used in reversed phase mode for increased retention and alternate selectivity compared to an alkyl phase like C8 or C18. Ensure complete equilibration when converting from normal to reversed phase solvents. USP L10, pore size: 100A, surface area: 450 m2/g, 14% carbon load, pH range 2 - 7.5, non endcapped.
