DESCRIPTION
The biocompatible Scepter column has a polymer-lined stainless steel body with a high pressure polymer frit for a completely metal-free flowpath. This inertness eliminates adsorption and reduces tailing for compounds that tend to form chelates with metal surfaces, especially those containing phosphate groups. The organosilane hybrid particle is suitable for a wide variety of applications and mobile phase conditions up to pH 12. USP L1, pH range: 1-12, Max pressure: 45 MPa/450 bar/6,500 psi. 120A pore size, 20% carbon load, proprietary endcapping.
