DESCRIPTION
Premier Elite C8 (USP L7) is a highly base deactivated, inert phase with high density bonding levels (4umol/m2.) It provides exceptional peak shape and selectivity for the most demanding analyses. Pore size: 120A, surface area: 230 m2/gram, carbon load: 10%, pH range: 1-12. Use 220-97342-88 for 30mm guard cartridges and 220-97350-99 for the guard holder. Method development on an analytical Premier Elite C8 column is highly recommended before purchasing a prep column. Prep columns cannot be returned or exchanged once used.
