DESCRIPTION
LC Column. Ultra Biphenyl 5um (10 x 150mm) A unique reversed phase column that exhibits both increased retention and selectivity of aromatic and/or unsaturated compounds compared to conventional alkyl and phenyl phases. This is a great complement to a C18 column when alternate selectivity is desired. An excellent choice for the analysis of steroids, tetracyclines, drug metabolites, and other compounds that contain some degree of unsaturation. Silica based with 100A pore size and 15% carbon load. For use with mobile phases from 2.5 to 7.5 and a maximum temperature of 80C. A Premier II UFLC Phenyl column is recommended, or use an UltraShield pre-column filter: 220-91539-01 for a single filter, 220-91539-03 for a 3/pk, or 220-91539-10 for a 10/pk.
