Nexera UC Prep Chiral stationary phases have been specifically engineered for SFC separations paying close attention to bonding coverage, density and all factors leading to high capacity phases which exhibit excellent selectivity and peak shape. A polysaccharide coated chiral stationary phase and columns which are produced using a unique production process of coating the proven chiral selector, tris-(3,5-di- methylphenyl) carbamoyl amylose on high purity silica gel. Nexera UC Prep CCA columns, similar in selectivity to ChiralPak® AD, are available in 3, 5, 10, and 20 micron particle sizes enabling easy scale up from analytical to preparative scale using HPLC or SFC conditions.
