DESCRIPTION
Supor™ EAV membrane in Mini Kleenpak™ capsules, a Pall Life Sciences product, are high capacity, high flow rate filters suitable for filter-sizing studies or the processing of small volumes of pharmaceutical GMP process streams.
Mini Kleenpak capsules are used in the laboratory for process development and in pilot and manufacturing scale operations if processing requirements do not demand a large filter (process volumes from 2 L to 50 L). These filters are excellent for modeling filter performance at large production scale

Hydrophilic, controlled asymmetric, high-capacity MachV polyethersulfone (PES) membrane ensures maximum flow and throughput performance for smaller, more cost-effective filtration systems.
For large production volumes, scale up from Mini Kleenpak capsules to high-area AB-style cartridges and Kleenpak Nova capsule filters. These formats feature a laid-over pleat membrane construction coupled with a narrow core design for the highest flow rates and rapid fluid processing when effective time and cost control is paramount.
Bacterial titer reduction in excess of 6 log for Brevundimonas diminuta ensures low bioburden levels in filtrate, regardless of bacteria or particle loading
Broad pH compatibility for processing a wide range of buffers and other fluids
High membrane area featuring cresent-shaped laid-over pleat construction combined with a narrow diameter core guarantees high flow rates, robustness and smaller multi-cartridge assemblies
